My ATOS assessor gave me zero points

I have a long term dengerative condition. I have spinal stanoisis a herniated disc which affect my daily life on a big scale. I also have bells psaly which affects my right side of face. I also have arthritis in my right thumb. I am on pregablin for nerve pain alongside oxycodone, morphine sulfate, amatriptalyn. I also suffer from asthma.

Even though my medical evidence proves my condition is non operative and will not get better rather than worsen over time and can be fatal. I’ve had physiotherapy root nerve block injections specialists who looked into my condition telling me that all I can get help with is pain management. No relief of pain can be achieved even with the medication I’m on. My life has diminished from being a healthy athletic woman to a non existing just coping with life a day at a time.

All this and my ATOS assessor gave me zero points when in reality I should of been on a high rate but accepted standard rate for years ago to be told suddenly I was well that she recommended I see someone for counselling due to my history of abuse and suicidal attempts. I’m now waiting to go to tribunal. My PIP was taken away leaving me 600 worse off with no way of going out of home any more. I feel like I’ve been given a sentence for being disabled. All they needed was to see my medical evidence of over twenty plus years to see my condition isn’t a lie. The assessment was harrowing I was in pieces during it emotionally drained and in a lot of pain for few weeks afterwards. Took me three weeks to recover from the pain caused during assessment when I was forced to do exercises. It was a horrible experience to find out the assessor lied in her assessment of me. Was like it was another person she had written about.
