My lifetime award for DLA was cancelled

My lifetime award for DLA was cancelled and the message I got from this was that my life had been cancelled. I fought for disabled people’s rights in the 80’s and expected to be able to correct this error in a few weeks.

The DWP responded to my challenge with with spiteful attacks and used lies and deceit to con me out of my home, steal my pension and prevent me from taking my case to sensible ears.

There was nobody to help me and although the CAB and law centre could tell me what my rights were they could not enforce them and letters written on my behalf were ignored. I starved and froze the for 4 years before I finally won my entitlement to ESA and PIP.

The champagne reserved for the day I won is still unopened because they refuse to backdate my claim so the money pays off the debt acquired over this period rather than pay for my care and transport needs.

Last week I was told that this long period without adequate food had caused my liver to eat itself and I need a transplant. Its unlikely that I will I will get one because my gall bladder, pancreas and spleen have also been sffected and I’m having a cascade of organ shutdown.

So I was correct, some anonymous person made a decision to cancel my life and from my notes I can see that my medical evidence was not even viewed and no attempt was made to investigate my claim. I can’t waste my remaining time fighting this evil regime so I hope this decision maker enjoyed her bonus

We are sorry but you have been discontinued
